Your adductors are muscles that attach from the inside of you knee to the bottom of your pelvis and are often referred to as “groin muscles”.
They are muscles in the upper thigh that stabilize the hip joint by pulling the legs together when they contract.
This motion is called adduction. Strong adductors are important in knee and hip stability. Here is an exercise to help strengthen these muscles.
