Harleen is a Registered Physiotherapist who takes a goal-driven, patient-centred approach to care. Patients value her ability to truly listen and understand their concerns, and from the first appointment she takes the time to learn about each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Through clear communication, thorough assessments, and structured treatment plans, Harleen provides care that feels personal, supportive, and focused on meaningful, long-term results.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Harleen treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to tendinopathies, muscle strains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, and disc bulges/herniations.
Patients working with Harleen can expect a balanced approach that combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized, targeted exercise, education, and practical lifestyle advice. She believes that understanding your injury is just as important as treating it, and she prioritizes education so patients feel empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
Harleen enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels, from weekend warriors to those looking to improve function and reduce their risk of injury. She also works with patients managing ongoing pain and has a particular interest in osteoarthritis management, post-operative rehabilitation, shoulder and knee pain, and nerve-related conditions such as neuropathies or radiculopathies.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Harleen is currently working toward her FCAMPT certification and plans to pursue further training in dry needling and acupuncture to continue expanding her skill set.
Outside of the clinic, Harleen leads an active lifestyle and enjoys running, working out, exploring new cafés, and spending time with friends and family.
