Fascial Stretch TherapyTM is now offered at our multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Toronto. Fascial Stretch TherapyTM is a unique system of assisted table-based stretching performed by a registered massage therapist.

The stretching techniques are focused on releasing and mobilizing the fascia, joint capsule and other connective tissues that may be limiting your flexibility, strength and performance.

At our facility, Fascial Stretch TherapyTM can be combined with traditional registered massage therapy or can be offered independently in order to promote flexibility, reduce pain and optimize function within your body.

What is Fascia?
