Taylor’s practice regularly utilizes a combination of manual therapy and progressive exercise prescription and is passionate about patient education. Her approach is evidence-based, customized and client-centred, which empowers her clients to realize their capabilities.
As a student, Taylor spent her time as an Assistant Gymnastics Coach where she emphasized the importance of proper technique and safety to young recreational athletes. She also held the role of Student Athletic Trainer for the Dalhousie Varsity Track & Field Team where she tended to acute injuries as a first responder. During her Master’s degree, Taylor had the privilege to learn abroad in Melbourne, Australia as part of a placement opportunity to grow her skills in athlete populations of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Taylor continues to have a passion for continuing education by taking courses to expand her knowledge and practice. In recent years, she has taken courses for Level 1 Pelvic Floor for Incontinence-Related Health, Acupuncture, Dry Needling and Concussion Management.
