- Registered Massage Therapy
- Sports Massage
- Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist
Christina pursued massage therapy to help her patients improve their quality of life and help them become more mobile.
Christina graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors in Kinesiology before earning her diploma of Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She grew up playing volleyball and soccer and understands how debilitating injuries can be in everyday life. She has extensive experience in multidisciplinary clinics and can offer a well-rounded approach of care to her patients. She draws on her own experiences of being injured, as well as collaborating with other health care professionals, to help rehabilitate her patients to a better quality of life.
Christina believes that every treatment should be specific to each patient’s needs and takes the time to understand her patients’ goals. She has experience with Swedish techniques, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, dynamic release, trigger point work, and fascial work. She believes, while rehabilitation work is important, relaxation sessions are also essential to the care of her patients.
When she’s not in the clinic, Christina enjoys getting creative with her portrait photography or taking care of her many plants.
