This exercise is great for increasing stability around your shoulder blades. It also has the added benefit of strengthening your spinal stabilizers as well. For an increased challenge, you may add small hand weights for resistance.

This exercise is great to help improve posture and also can be effective if you are suffering from a neck, upper back or shoulder condition.
